Sometimes you just have to say, “What the %#@!“.

On 1/15/2010 I quit my job at Microsoft. It wasn’t a Jerry Maguire moment — the truth is that Microsoft has been a good company to work for. The stuff you’ve heard about smart people, great rewards, tough problems and the opportunity to change the world is true. Some of the other stuff too, but nothing that you won’t find in most other large companies.

I’m just really excited about starting something small. Touching every aspect of it, and making it great.

Also… fewer meetings and less email.
